Returning from the beach, you can dive into the flavors of our restaurant, which will take you on a journey from the Aegean to the most distant seas, with local and international cuisine. An introduction to the culinary tradition of Sifnos and the Cyclades through comfort dishes that reach the next level and converse with today, through our experienced chef and his team. Our fresh mixtures and dynamic fires create a result that can win over any taste palette.

In a shady spot by the pool, the Pool Bar, open throughout the day, is waiting to welcome you. Fully in harmony with the spirit of Elies Resorts’ architecture, the Alkimo Pool Bar is a cool oasis of relaxation where you can enjoy your coffee or drink, along with light snacks, finger food, or elegant selections from our all-day menu, capable of satisfying the most demanding palates. Always stocked with fresh fruit, creative cocktails and premium spirits for every preference, Alkimo Pool Bar is the perfect place to take a break and spend time in the shade, or simply unwind while enjoying your holiday. The Pool Bar stays open until 01:00, and its lounge, soul and jazz tunes are a great accompaniment to your evening drink, while it often hosts events with standout music selections.
